The Youth Summit connects young adults and provides space for conversation about global challenges. Following the Slogan "Yes, we care!" we address our mental, spiritual, and physical well-being in the midst of the pandemic and beyond. In six different workshops, participants gain insights into different aspects of well-being. In addition, the Youth Summit offers an international online meeting place for young people, with many opportunities for exchange and a concluding afterparty. - Gain understanding of treating trauma and stress, anger and forgiveness and the paths to healing with experiences from Mission 21’s partners in Cameroon.

- "Integral health: A Latin American perspective", by Cristian Castro
- In this workshop, participants will discuss how physical, psychological and spiritual well-being are connected and what structural problems go beyond individual solutions like mindfulness.
- "Isolation and mental well-being: The experiences of refugees in Hong Kong", by Jeffrey Andrews
- Join the talk with Lata* and Sarah*, who lived in Hong Kong for a long time and can speak about their experiences of living in small homes with all their family members.
