Ms. Joy Margaret Ross Randall died on Friday, July 10, 2020, in the Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Joy was a missionary in Taiwan for 35 years, from 1969–2004, working in Nursing Administration in Changhua Christian Hospital. In 2017, Joy’s many years of service were acknowledged when she received the Woman of Faith Award, from the Women’s Missionary Society (WMS). Three Taiwanese friends from the Changhua Hospital arrived in time to honour her. She was delighted!

Until recently, Joy was the Clerk of Session of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Cobourg, Ontario. The church and her family were her life.

Joy is survived by her brother John Randall, and many nieces and nephews. A service to Celebrate her Life will take place at a later date.
