The Council for World Mission invites expressions of interest to join the staff team for the position of Deputy General Secretary – Programme. To be based in its global office in Singapore, this role is to provide leadership, guidance and support to the CWM programmatic agenda. As a member of the core leadership team, the successful incumbent will be responsible to provide transformative leadership for the development and implementation of contextually relevant programmes built upon CWM’s strategic priorities, coordinates the framing of the missional agenda to guide CWM’s engagement with member churches, ecumenical partners and other organisations. He/She holds, minimally a degree in theology or related field with broad knowledge and perspective in program and leadership management. A full description of the position is attached here.
