To the General Secretaries of the CWM Member Churches and Programme Partners:

Warm greetings from the Council for World Mission (CWM). We hope that you are keeping well and energised.

Due to the prevailing onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic, we regret to inform you that CWM has decided to cancel the following programmes for 2021:

• Training in Mission — Diploma in Mission Studies
• Face to Face India
• Face to Face Palestine
• Young Women Enabling Transformation Programme

Given the current situation, we have concluded that physical gatherings of these kinds may pose risk in the health and safety of our programme participants and partners. CWM has also cancelled major events, like the Assembly and DARE Global Forum, for 2021.

We are currently exploring various ways to continue engaging with God’s mission and to adapt to new ways of working in these disruptive times. We value your partnership and we will definitely keep you informed about new opportunities for engagement. You may also visit the CWM website (www.cwmission.org) for updates.
