Dear friends of WSCF-AP,

Greetings from WSCF-AP regional office.

Time flies! Half of the 2022 has gone but COVID-19 is still with us. Many of the countries have been lifted the travel restrictions and social distancing rules in the beginning of this summer, while some countries in Asia Pacific are still keeping relatively strict rules. With this travel convenience and low COVID-19 cases, WSCF 37th General Assembly is successfully finished in Berlin, Germany from 23 to 30 June.

Despite the COVID-19 difficulties, SCMs are still working in many different ways with many issues in their contexts. This issue of the newsletter is sharing some highlights of SCMs activities and indeed, we are still concerning the situation of Myanmar SCM. There are updates on working with ecumenical partners and regional office in Hong Kong.

After the 37th Berlin GA, there will be a new page and new challenges for WSCF. We are asking you to support and pray continuously for the federation, the region and the SCMs.
