Elder Chou, Che-Ching, the chairman of Senior Citizen Ministry Committee, presented a report on Elderly Care ministry of the Presbyterian Church in Taiwan (PCT) during 63rd General Assembly. Elder Chou mentioned that aging problems in churches are serious, and to take care of the elderly people is our mission priority. In order to cope with aging issues, he said that missionaries need to learn skills and study the needs of elderly people so they know how to take care of the elderly people physically, mentally and socially. During the ministry sharing session, Senior Citizens Ministry Committee members enacted a short drama which presented the issue of the elderly people. Moreover, two videos produced by Senior Citizens Ministry Committee were played in the session to show how local churches help the elderly people through various activities and programs.
