One of the program priorities of the Christian Conference of Asia is to facilitate leadership development and capacity building of the youth of CCA member churches and councils. From time to time CCA offers Internship Programs, especially for young people, with the purpose of providing an opportunity for them to know better the life and ministry of Asian churches and be exposed to the ecumenical ministry in Asia, especially through the work of CCA.

The CCA will hold its 14^th General Assembly in May 2015 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The preparation and the time of the Assembly will be special opportunities of this Internship Program.

In this light, we invite the CCA member churches and councils to send names of suitable candidates for the CCA Internship Program with the following criteria:

• Male or female, age between 20-30 years
• Preferably with graduate degree in theology or other fields
• Has been actively involved in youth work or other church ministries at the local and national level
• Has a willingness to work in multicultural and ecumenical settings
• Has an eagerness to learn and to work together in team spirit
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Has computer skills
• Letter of Recommendation from sending Church and Council

The Intern will be stationed in the CCA office in Chiang Mai for a period of 6-12 months.

CCA will provide subsidy for:

• International air-tickets to and from Chiang Mai
• Reasonable accommodation
• Food allowance and
• Health insurance
