Dear Rev. Chang,

Warm New Year’s greetings from The Presbyterian Church in Canada.

I regret to inform you that The Presbyterian Church in Canada will not be able to send a representative to the Presbyterian Church General Assembly in April 2011. However, we understand that 2012 will be a special year for the PCT, inasmuch as you are planning for the dedication of the Hakka Bible at the April 2012 General Assembly. We will do everything we can, therefore, to ensure that the PCC is able to send a representative to General Assembly in 2012 for the celebration of this historic occasion.

May God bless your General Assembly as it meets in April and give all those present grace and wisdom, as you make important decisions regarding your ongoing and future ministries.
